By creating an account, downloading one of our apps, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
App Wrld provides mobile application development services and publishes consumer and business mobile applications ("Apps"). The specific features and functionality of each App are described within the App itself and may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within our website and Apps are the exclusive property of App Wrld or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Apps for their intended personal or business purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Where our Apps allow you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant App Wrld a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Some Apps offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. App Wrld does not control and is not responsible for store billing or refund decisions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Our Apps may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. social login providers, payment processors, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Wrld and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless App Wrld and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@appwrld.com. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. via in-app notification or email). Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
